This high powered, total body, conditioning High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout set to music works all major muscle-groups of the body. By using some of the following equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, resistance-tubing, slam ball the step platform, the core board and your own body weight. This workout will build your endurance and speed your metabolism for increased fat-burning.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Cost

Class cost is $5 per class. Method of payment is credit cards only. Payment is due the day of the class.

Registration Information

Patrons must pre-register 10 minutes before the fitness class. No walk-ins are allowed. To register for the class please call Thorpe Gym at 717-245-3418.
