Halloween Parade
Inviting students 18 year olds and younger to participate in the Annual Child & Youth Services (CYS) Carlisle Barracks Halloween Parade. Join us on Indian Field starting at 4:30 p.m. as students line up for the parade. The Halloween Parade starts at 5:00 p.m. being lead around the track to show the creative costumes to the judges. Prizes will be awarded at 5:30 p.m. for contest categories.

- 5:00 p.m. Halloween Parade around Indian Field
- 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Trick-or-Treating on post
Prizes for the Halloween Parade are awarded in the following age groups/categories:
