Carlisle Barracks Welcome Expo - Vendor Registration

A Memo to Our Vendors:

It's that time of year to sign up for the Carlisle Barracks Welcome Expo. You are cordially invited to attend this year's event, which is rain or shine, will take place on 10 August 2022 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The Welcome Expo will occur inside the Jim Thorpe Fitness Center and outside at the Wheel Lock Band Stand.

This is an information expo only. No sales will be permitted. All food must be brought fully prepared and there will be no preparation of food on the premises. Use of a heating lamp or other heating devices is permitted. Businesses are permitted and encouraged to give away samples of their products and services. An average of 1,500 soldiers, civilians, and family members pass through the Welcome Expo.

Those interested in participating must submit a Vendor Registration Form by 31 July 2022. Registered on post entities, on post organizations, and off post government entities will not be charged the $80 registration fee; however, they must fill out and return the Vendor Registration form. However, they will be charged a non-refundable fee for tables ($5), chairs ($2), and tents ($10), if MWR equipment is used. Payment for tents, tables, and/or chairs is made to Leisure Travel Services by calling (717) 245-4048.

• Credit Card payments can be made at Leisure Travel Services and can also be made by calling (717) 245-4048. Payment for rental of tents, tables, and/or chairs is made to Leisure Travel Services. 
• Checks (made payable to “IMWRF Carlisle Barracks”) can be made at Leisure Travel Services and can also be mailed to Welcome Expo 2022, 46 Ashburn Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

Due to Installation Force Protection requirements, each Non-Department of Defense (DoD) ID card participant attending the Welcome Expo must complete an Access Control Application. Please remember that each member of your group that is 18 or older must complete the form and submit it with your Vendor Registration Form. Remember to pick up your visitor's pass before the event from the Visitor's Center located at Claremont Gate. The Visitor's Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Set-Up Before Event: August 10th from 6:00am - 8:45am. The Welcome Expo starts at 9 a.m., latecomers will not be permitted to set-up due to safety concerns.

Pre-payments for tents, tables, and/or chairs is made to Leisure Travel Services by calling  (717) 245-4048.
