It is that time of year to sign up for the Carlisle Barracks Welcome Expo. You are cordially invited to attend this year's event which will take place on 9 August 2023 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The Welcome Expo will occur inside the Jim Thorpe Fitness Center and outside at the Wheel Lock Band Stand.
This is an information expo only. No sales will be permitted and there will be no preparation of food on the premises. All food must be brought fully prepared. Use of a heating lamp or other heating devices is permitted. Businesses are permitted and encouraged to give away samples of their products and services, ALCOHOL SAMPLES ARE PROHIBITED. An average of 1,500 soldiers, civilians, and family members pass through the Welcome Expo.
Set-Up Before Event: August 9th from 6:00am - 8:45am. The Welcome Expo starts at 9:00 a.m., latecomers will not be permitted to set-up due to safety concerns.

Cost
Registration is online only.
A 6'x6' spot is $70.00 until 26 July 2023.
Late registration from 27 July 2023 to 01 August 2023 is $100.00.
NO REFUNDS.
MWR equipment is available for rent for a fee.

Registration Information
Due to Installation Force Protection requirements, each Non-Department of Defense (DoD) ID card participant attending the Welcome Expo must complete an Access Control Application. Go to this website to obtain a copy of the required form. Please remember that each member of your group that is 18 or older must complete the form and submit it to this email. If you have any questions about this form, please contact our team at the Welcome Expo Team email. Forms must be submitted by 02 August 2023 . Remember to pick up your visitor's pass before the event from the Visitor's Center located at Claremont Gate. The Visitor's Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Off-Post Vendors may not be affiliated with any banks or credit unions, religious organizations1, and/or the sale/production of CBD and Hemp Products. All vendor applications are subject to review and refusal.
