Billiards Tournament
MST program is designed to enhance the Carlisle Barracks Teen experience at Carlisle Barracks. Billiards recreational program developed for social and entertainment of all skill levels.
2 Divisions: Individual & Teams (Tournament brackets and format pending number of participants)
What: Billiards Tournament (Amateur 8 ball UPA rules)
