Supervisory Chef (Full Time)
- Plans and manages the day-to-day operation of a food service program where sit-down restaurant dining and catering are a regular, substantial basis of the total food operation.
- Develops daily, catering, and specialty menus and provides forecasts for required tools, equipment, food items, and other supplies.
- Prepares and/or oversees the preparation of menu items which involve standard to moderately complex and innovative cooking methods.
- Balances nutritional values of menus and ensures the quality of the total food service program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Business Manager (1757 Bar & Grille - Full Time)
- Manages a large business activity.
- Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies.
- Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Operation Assistant
- Performs "hands-on" supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties.
- Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operations during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House.
- Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities.
- Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter's guest checks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Operation Assistant
- Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
- Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
- Assists in setting up parties according to party plan and may assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier bags.
- Completes Daily Activity Report as well as fire safety checks and secures the facility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Food Service Worker (Servers, Bartenders, Dishwashers, and Bus Persons)
- Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures.
- Prepares food by sorting, washing, peeling, and cutting fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Clean kitchen equipment such as worktables, sinks and refrigerators. Separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware. Loads and operate dishwashers. Stores cleaned dishes, glasses and silverware.
- Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salads, desserts, bread, and cold beverages on a serving line or tables.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Line Cook (Community Club Dining - Flex)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs a full range of simple cooking by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing, such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers, and fresh or canned vegetables.
- Operates a variety of kitchen equipment using gas, electricity, steam or microwave heat sources.
- Uses and cleans a variety of cooking utensils to measure, weigh, and process food items.
- Follows established sanitation procedures when handling food. Ensures that foods are stored at the correct temperatures to prevent bacteria growth.
Line Cook (1757 Bar & Grille - Flex)

Laborer (Special Events)
- Responsible for providing operational support to activities who provides support to customers in various scheduled events and functions.
- Performs duties alone or as a member of a work crew.
- Responsible for conference room configuration, beginning with organizing tables, chairs, audio/video equipment from storage to actual setup of this furniture/equipment in accordance with established banquet/special event orders.
- Loads and unloads equipment and furniture, moves materials using hand trucks or dollies: stacks and arranges for storage.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Classroom Child Care Provider (Lead Child and Youth Program Assistant - Part-Time)
- Serves as a Child and Youth Program Assistant in a Child and Youth Services program and maintains control of and accounts for whereabouts and safety of children and youth.
- Plans, coordinates, and conducts activities that meet the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs for program participants based on the group and individual children and youth.
- Establishes a program environment that sustains participant interest and promotes positive interactions with other children, youth, and adults.
- Helps prepare, arrange, and maintain indoor and outdoor activity areas and materials to accommodate daily schedules and provides program options for children with special requirements.
- Maintains program participation data and complete daily report.

- Applies knowledge and skill to assist in planning and implementing a comprehensive food service program that follows the policies and procedures of the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
- Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring, or breading.
- Follows established sanitation procedures when handling food.
- Disassembles, cleans and assembles component parts and accessories, following safety procedures to avoid personal injury and damage to the equipment.
- Serves as consultant to youth cooking clubs/health and fitness programs as required. Follow risk management procedures (i.e.. abuse prevention, identification, and reporting procedures; accident prevention etc).
Assistant Business Manager (Bowling Center - Flex)
- Assist in managing a bowling or family-entertainment bowling facility with food and beverage service.
- Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuation customer base.
- Organizes, develops, implements and reviews programming, promotions, and special events to provide a garrison recreational service while maintaining a positive image in local community relations.
- Coordinates functions and special events with community, and military representatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Recreation Aid (Facility Aid Fitness Center - Flex)
- Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility.
- Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Monitors fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate.
- Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
