Purple Up! For Military Kids
Month of the Military Child starts 1 April 2022
Standing Strong and Proud
We are encouraging everyone to wear purple every Friday in April to honor military children & youth, as a visible way to show support and thank military children.
Purple is the color that symbolizes all branches of the military, as it is the combination of Army green, Coast Guard blue, Air Force blue, Marine red and Navy blue. We hope everyone will take this opportunity to appreciate and celebrate these young heroes.
