You are invited to the Carlisle Barracks Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars on 11 August 2023 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for Welcome Picnic at the following locations the Leisure Travel Services or at Strike Zone Bowling Center. It is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets by 9 August to receive a discount! The price is $15 for adults (13 - older), $8 for children (4 - 12), and Children 3 and under FREE.

Tickets purchased after 9 August and at the door are $20 for adults (13 - older) and $10 for children (4 - 12). 

Bring your entire family for an enjoyable and exciting evening! 

PLEASE REMEMBER: Splash Zone Pool will be closed on Friday in support of Boatyard Wars & Welcome Picnic. 

Welcome Picnic will be held at Letort View Community Center (LVCC) start at 5:30 on 11 August 2023. Enter LVCC at the front of the building to pick up your picnic meals. The menu is:  BBQ Chicken, Cheeseburgers, Hamburgers, All Beef Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Macaroni Salad, Bag of Chips, Ice Cream, and Bottled Beverages.

Shark Attack - $8 (available in Non-Alcoholic)

Blue Curacao, Light Rum, Sprite, Grenadine

Tanqueray Gin, Cointreau, Orange Juice, Club Soda
