We will be doing a different style of yoga “Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep” on 22 February at 1600. If you are going to attend, wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket. 

A deeply calming class stimulates the body’s relaxation response. This practice involves a guided listening practice where the student simply follows along with cues for body awareness, but no physical movement is required. Students are encouraged to find a comfortable position whether lying down in a bed, on the floor, or in a chair. Yoga Nidra practice can assist with difficult sleep issues and is best practiced in the evening or before bedtime.

Cost

Class cost is $3 per class. Methods of payment are credit cards or exact change only. Payment is due the day of the class.
