Fitness Class - Jim Thorpe Fitness Center

Yoga for everyone and everybody.  Each class we will begin with the breath. Then with Vinyasa flows we will warm up the body encouraging flexibility and strength.  From there, we will work up to a more Hatha style of holding poses, aligning the mind, body, and spirit. The ending of the class will be with final relaxation methods.  Start where you are - everyone's journey is different!

Conducted Tuesday and Thursday at 0900.

Locker rooms are now open - 2 person maximum at any given time. Classes will be held on the 3rd floor of Jim Thorpe Hall Gym.

Cost

Class cost is $3 per class. Methods of payment are credit cards or exact change only. Payment is due the day of the class.

Registration Information

Patrons must pre-register for fitness classes. No walk-ins are allowed. To register for the class please call Thorpe Gym at 717-245-3418.
